I just changed my tranamission fluid, 50 hrs on it. I got about two teaspoons of metal shavings out of the suction screen. I called the dealer and ask if this was normal, he said that the hyd pump was were they could of came from, but looks like to me the pump would pull the fluid past the suction screen in the pump then the hyd filter, and the shavings should be in the filter not the suction screen. Would this correct or not. Also how many others have changed ther fluid and got the same thing.

Now I am worried. I changed the fluids on my Kubota L4310 and had no shavings at all after 50 hours. Either I have a precision machine or I am in trouble! ....
